Song Qi, the first gastronomic Chinese restaurant in Monaco by Life in Riviera
Michelin-starred chef Alan Yau and the Monegasque Giraudi group are launching Song Qi Restaurant in the Avenue Princesse Grace.
Song Qi is the result of a gastronomic union between two enthusiastic restaurateurs – Alan Yau and Riccardo Giraudi.
Open from 29th May 2014.
Alan Yau, from Hong Kong, is internationally renowned for his Michelin-starred restaurants (the Hakkasan, with two Michelin stars, and the Busaba, Yauatcha Wagamama and Princi).
The Giraudi group, which specialises in the restoration, high-tech accessories, fashion and meat export-import sectors, manages the Monaco Restaurant Group, a company that already owns six restaurants in the Principality.
The menu at the Song Qi offers dishes to share, as is customary in China. It represents Chinese culinary art and modern luxury, with a wine list that matches a wine to each of the dishes.
